Talikulam Service Co-operative Bank Ltd., established in 1968, was formed by merging various co-operative societies that previously operated in the Talikulam Panchayat. The Head Office is situated at Kalikulam Kacherippadi, with an additional branch in Talikulam Center. The Head Office also includes a Co-operative Hall.
In Talikulam Center, the 'Karshaka Sahayak Kendra' serves as a sales center for fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, and agricultural tools needed by farmers. Additionally, 'Kalavara' provides regional vegetables, other products, and chemical-free food items. A Neethi Medical Pharmacy and Clinical Lab will soon be operational.
Plans are underway to open a Career Guidance Center and Student Market in the bank’s rented premises. The bank offers a variety of loan schemes, deposit options, and locker facilities.
